My husband and I were on our last leg of our honeymoon. We were flying back to Malaysia that very night. So we finished it off with dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Even though we were soooooo full from dinner. When the slice of cheesecake cake cake. I took a nibble of it and like a Japanese anime character I awaken again. It was unlike any cheesecake I’ve tasted. The texture was so soft and fluffy, like pillows of cream cheese. The crust was nice and fragrant with the aroma of ground nuts.
My husband says that If I were to eat something really really good (or orgasmic as he puts it), my eyes would widen with astonishment, a wide grin on my face, and uncontrollably giggles to myself.
Weird right? Hey but He still loves me.
Anyways I had that orgasmic reaction after having that first bite of cheesecake. It was…. legendary
Post honeymoon 7 months later. I had cravings for that legendary cheesecake. But the cheesecake in KL is no where close….. So i hunted down for the recipe, tried and made my own. Muahahha.
It tastes really good compared to the cheesecakes in KL. But, it is still best at The Cheesecake Factory.
I halved the recipe portion and used a 8 inch spring form pan.
